By using DHUB you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. The service
DHUB is a personal, free, non-commercial hobby project that offers a small set of file and media tools. It is provided as is. It may change, break, or stop working at any time, without notice and without compensation.
2. Your account
You may use DHUB as a guest, or create an account with an email address, with Google, or with GitHub. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything done through it. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Your content
The files you upload stay yours. By uploading them you allow DHUB to store and process them for the single purpose of running the tool you asked for and giving you the result back. We do not look at your files, and we do not use them for anything else.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use DHUB to:
- upload or process content you have no right to process, or content that is unlawful where you are;
- attempt to break into, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other people's data;
- process files on behalf of someone who has not agreed to these terms.
5. Availability and your own copies
DHUB comes with no uptime guarantee and no promise that your files will still be there tomorrow. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DHUB is provided without warranty of any kind, and its operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, including lost files and lost time.
7. Ending it
You can stop using DHUB at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
